  2. Dear Bella,
our pupils learned the hard way, that the number of guests changes constantly from the first telepfonecall/email until the arrival. It was a two-days conference and the first day we had 53 guests and the second 65.

Hope you have a nice easter holiday!

  3. Hi Anneli :)

Indeed a challenge! Were there any problems that the students were extra proud to have solved?

    Have a great weekend!

    Best Regards,
    Bella :)

  4. The firealarm went of during the conference.... The students had to make sure that al the guests left the building. Bring the guestlists and count them al at the assembly point. Then return them all back to the meating.

A perfekt educational moment that I had nothing to do with : )

  5. We had an evacuation of the hospitality section today - all the classes had to leave the kitchens and their cooking in various stages of preparation. The first brigade attended to inform us it was a flase alarm, but the evacuation went well with everyone leaving the building quickly.

that is good practise, even though fals alarms are expensive and if it happens to often no one takes it seriously.
